Sucker Punch has officially announced that the Ghost of Yotei Complete Edition will be available on PlayStation 5 starting October 1, 2026. This new edition brings a variety of additions and enhancements, bundling story expansions and fresh gameplay modes for fans of the franchise.
Echoes Of Sekigahara Story DLC
Central to the Complete Edition is the Echoes of Sekigahara story DLC, which dives into the past experiences of the protagonist Atsu during the historic Battle of Sekigahara. This narrative explores events before Atsu’s quest for vengeance against the Yotei Six. Echoes of Sekigahara is comparable in scale to the previously released Iki Island expansion for Ghost of Tsushima.
The DLC features a storyline that switches between present-day moments and flashbacks involving a character named Nagato, who has connections to Atsu’s history. Alongside the narrative content, players can expect to face new enemy types and obtain unique weapons, armor sets, dyes, and other exclusive items crafted for Ghost of Yotei.
New Gameplay Modes: Most Wanted and Legends
The Complete Edition also includes Most Wanted, a new roguelike single-player survival mode. Players will take on new bounties, defeating enemies to earn perks and unlocking additional playable characters for repeated runs.
In addition, the Legends mode returns, further expanding the gameplay options available in this edition.

Ghost of Yotei Complete Edition will be priced at $69.99. For existing owners of the base game, Sucker Punch is offering a Complete Edition Upgrade for $14.99, which adds the Ghost of Yotei Legends and all content from the Digital Deluxe Edition.
Players who pre-order the Complete Edition before September 30 will receive an exclusive early unlock of the Sakai Armor as a bonus.
Additional Free Content and Updates
Alongside the Complete Edition release, a free Beauty of Yotei mode will launch on October 1. This mode offers players a peaceful, screensaver-like experience showcasing the serene environments of Ezo.
Other new content arriving with the update includes fresh photo mode stamps, additional cosmetics for New Game+ participants, new Trophies for both the Echoes of Sekigahara and Most Wanted modes, and new music tracks for the Watanabe Mode.
